1. Booking Confirmation
   All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit or debit card. Warren House Hotel reserves the right to charge the card for cancellations or no-shows according to the cancellation policy below.
2. Payment Policy
   A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of reservation. Final payment for the stay will be collected at check-in unless otherwise specified.
3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: from 3:00 PM
• Check-out time: by 11:00 AM
• Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact reception to make arrangements.

4. Room Occupancy and Guests
   Each room has a maximum occupancy limit. Only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms. Warren House Hotel reserves the right to request ID verification and limit occupancy if necessary.

• Photo ID Requirement: A valid photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.

5. Photography Policy
   Bedroom bookings do not permit professional photography for weddings or commercial purposes within our rooms, property, or grounds. Photography for commercial use is permitted only if you are holding a wedding or event at Warren House Hotel at the time of booking.

• For commercial photography inquiries, please contact our Sales and Events team at events@warrenhouse.com. Breaching this policy may result in legal action.

6. Smoking Policy
   Warren House Hotel is a non-smoking establishment. If guest(s) is/are found to violate this policy, there will a fine incurred of £200.00. An additional fee may also be incurred if the apartment needs to be closed for sale due to strong cigarette smell. The additional fee may vary depending on a best available rate the room is being sold on that day.

      7. Lost Property

Left property will be kept on-site by Warren House Hotel for the period of two weeks. After that time if the left property is not claimed by the guest it will be disposed.

8. Pets
   Pets are not permitted. Service animals are exempt from this policy but must be declared at the time of booking.
9. Damages and Incidentals
   Guests are responsible for any damages or losses incurred to hotel property during their stay. Warren House Hotel reserves the right to charge guests for the cost of repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning.
10. Liability
    Warren House Hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to secure valuables in the safe provided in each room.
11. Privacy Policy
    Warren House Hotel is committed to protecting your privacy and complies with data protection regulations. Personal information collected will only be used to process bookings and enhance the guest experience.
12. Right to Refuse Service
    Warren House Hotel reserves the right to refuse service to any guest engaging in inappropriate behaviour or failing to comply with these terms and conditions.
13. Modifications to Terms
    Warren House Hotel reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The current Terms and Conditions will be available on our website and at the front desk.
