Accommodation at Warren House

Features and amenities of our hotel rooms in Surrey

Please be advised that not all of our rooms are based in the main building, but adjacent. 

Guests can enjoy a luxurious twin, double or triple bedrooms (dependant on their room choice). All have been delightfully made with soft, plump bed sheets and pillows for a peaceful night’s sleep. For hours of the day when guests are looking to relax, you can unwind with a flatscreen TV, complete with Freeview. Help yourself to hot or cold refreshments by making use of your in-room Nespresso coffee machine and mini fridge.

All our bedrooms are Non-Smoking and equipped with the following amenities and fixtures as standard:

NOTE: Bedroom bookings do not warrant professional photography for weddings and commercial use to be undertaken within our rooms, property or grounds at any time; Unless you are holding a wedding at Warren House at the time of booking. The Hammersley

Named after the first owner of Warren House, Hugh Hammersley. This is the most prestigious room in the house, with its original decorative features and authentic period fireplaces, The Hamersley hark back to days of Victorian elegance and still retaining its prestige and elegance. Today, The Hammersley Suite include a super King size bed with a roll top bath.

Feature Rooms

With their original decorative features and authentic period fireplaces, our spacious Feature rooms dated back to days of Victorian elegance, still retaining their prestige and elegance which were traditionally reserved for the owners and their guests. Today, our Feature rooms include a double sized bed, and some have roll top baths.

Deluxe Rooms

Our Deluxe rooms have traditional interior design and genuine period features, reflect the history that sits at the heart of Warren House, and are perfectly suited to those looking to experience the character and heritage of this delightful Victorian setting. All of our Deluxe rooms feature spacious double beds with premium, high quality linens to prioritise our guests’ comfort.

 

Standard Double Rooms

Our Standard rooms act as a testament to the breadth of our accommodation at Warren House. Although similar in size to our  traditional alternatives, our Standard rooms incorporate more modern interior design trends, resulting in a more recognisable, modern offering.

 

Standard Twin/Triple Rooms

Our Standard triple rooms act as a testament to the breadth of our accommodation at Warren House. Triple rooms are situated at our annexe. Although similar in size to our traditional alternatives, our Standard rooms incorporate more modern interior design trends, resulting in a more recognisable, modern offering.

Wisteria Lounge

This lovely newly refurbished lounge, with its highly decorative fireplace and large stone mullion windows, was one of the reception rooms of the original Warren House, and is both a lounge and dining space, ideal for afternoon tea or more intimate evening occasions. It can be booked for private events and meetings and its double doors link via the corridor to Lilac and on into the garden.

The Devey Lounge and Bar

Once the original dining room, this spacious lounge bar was named after the architect George Devey, who extended the house in 1884 and designed the elegant fireplace which offers winter warmth today.  This Lounge is the ideal space for a drinks reception, especially if dining afterwards in the adjoining Persian Dining Room.

The Persian Dining Room

Named after the stunning blue tiles from Isfahan that surround the fireplace, the Persian Dining Room has direct access to the terrace and is the usual location for breakfast, lunch and dinner for our residents and special event guests. It is also the perfect location for parties and wedding breakfasts.

Four Seasons Lounge

Formally the Billiard Room, this stylish space, with its beautiful stone mullion windows and stained glass ceiling. Alternatively, it can be used as an extension to the Persian Dining Room for larger parties.
