Exceptional staff and a beautiful hotel We stayed at Warren House for a family trip to London and it couldn't have been a better choice. The hotel is tucked away in a peaceful part of Kingston upon Thames, so after busy days sightseeing it was wonderful to return somewhere so calm and relaxing. The building itself is beautiful, full of character, and the gardens are stunning. Our family room was spacious, spotless and tastefully decorated, with plenty of room for the sofa bed and our baby's travel cot. The food was excellent throughout our stay, but what really made the experience special was the staff. Every single person we met was welcoming, kind and genuinely went above and beyond to help us. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble. If it were possible, I'd happily give the staff more than five stars. There also appeared to be plenty of parking, which made everything much easier. Overall, Warren House made our London trip feel comfortable, relaxing and completely stress-free. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again and would highly recommend it to anyone, especially families looking for a peaceful base close to London.

Wonderful, Peaceful, and Super friendly Absolutely fantastic. Staff go over and above to help. Nothing is too much trouble. They think of everything and if you want something they will get it for you. Food brilliant. Doesnt look much to start with. But all freshly made. You can have as much or little as you like! Afternoon tea excellent. Even the Wimbledon cake and biscuit is brilliant! Tea good choice. Breakfast also excellent. Deluxe room fab and they have air con! location is excellent for Wimbledon and the park. private quiet road. everyone works really hard. Lovely quiet hotel. excellent product quality in the bathroom. We will be back next year.

Great hotel and location Great hotel in a lovely area, very conveniently located for Wimbledon. Rooms are clean and the renovation work completed since we were there last year has made a massive improvement. We had a minor issue after checking in which John on reception sorted for us instantly. He couldn’t have been anymore helpful or accommodating. Very few hotels have we stayed at where someone has made something so hassle free. Thank you. We will definitely be back.
