Booking Policy
- Entry Requirements:
- Entry is restricted to 18 years and above – NO ID: NO ENTRY.
- All attendees must provide booking details.
- Venue Guidelines:
- Attendees are to respect the curfews and restrictions of the historic venue.
- Attendees must remain within designated areas for the event.
- Food & Beverage:
- Due to the buffet-style service, there is a possibility of cross-contamination.
- Attendees are advised to take responsibility when selecting their food.
- No alcohol may be brought onto the premises.
- Bags & Personal Items:
- No bags larger than 30cm (other than handbags) are permitted.
- Random bag checks will be conducted.
- Behavior & Conduct:
- Anti-social behaviour, including excessive noise, intoxication, or damage to property, will not be tolerated.
- Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is prohibited within any parts of the event. A designated smoking area will be provided.
- Zero tolerance to drugs.
Breaching any of our policies may result in ejection from the venue and being blacklisted.
