We offer a range of flexible conference and meeting facilities and services, including Day Delegate and 24 Hour Conference options. Choose your event space from one of our 9 superbly appointed meeting rooms of varying sizes, and your dining options from a menu specially designed with business in mind. So whatever your corporate requirements, a one to one meeting or a 120 delegate conference with exclusive use of the entire property, or somewhere in-between, Warren House Conference Centre is the ideal corporate venue.

With a choice of conference and meeting rooms to suit your needs and a wide range of additional equipment provided as standard, the Day Delegate package allows businesses to utilise Warren House as a corporate venue for those all-important days away from the office maximising time with colleagues.

We are able to cater for both small organisations and international blue chips alike, our conference facilities and services define the standard for versatility and customer satisfaction.

Warren House is the ideal venue because we can offer a wide selection and combination of beautiful, light and airy, accessible reception rooms to all our clients, for corporate meetings, private events and Weddings. In this way all clients are able to experience the comfort and elegance of our premises in a bespoke and unique fashion, regardless of the size or nature of the event.

The London Room

The London Room is a contemporary event space originally designed for large meetings and corporate events, but with additional atmospheric lighting, a dance floor and the expert hand of our stylists it can be transformed into a wonderful party space for evening entertainment; indeed its very walls can be felt resonating with laughter and love from times gone by, and many happy occasions yet to come.

Rose 

This air conditioned room has floor to ceiling windows on two sides and is located within the marble pillars of the former Italian Loggia, from where there is a truly superb view of the pond and Victorian ornamental gazebo.

Willow

Once the Library, Willow is tucked away yet close to Reception and the Lounges. With lovely views onto the garden and fountain, this room provides a private space for small meetings, or an intimate lunch and is the ideal choice for an organiser’s office.

The Edwardian Ballroom

This opulent room, with its intricate plasterwork and glittering chandeliers, was modelled in the early 20th century on the Hall of Mirrors from the Palace of Versailles.  The Edwardian Ballroom offers guests an inherently prestigious setting and perfect atmosphere for events and meetings.

The Garden Rooms: Lavender, Lilac, Magnolia 

These interconnecting Victoria reception rooms, with their ornate ceilings and original panelling and fireplaces overlook the gardens and are ideally suited more intimate meetings and events if taken singularly or the ideal solution to a drinks reception followed by dinner. Lavender connects with the Ballroom and can provide additional reception or break out space if required. Clients are able to access the garden directly from Lilac, whilst Magnolia is the largest of these three spaces.

Azalea 

This beautiful room overlooks the sunken Italian garden and ornate fountain, and  is ideally suited for meetings and private dining. It can also serve as a space in which younger guests can play, laugh and socialise with TVs, games consoles and beanbags whilst parents attend an event in adjacent Magnolia.

Wisteria Lounge

This lovely newly refurbished lounge, with its highly decorative fireplace and large stone mullion windows, was one of the reception rooms of the original Warren House, and is both a lounge and dining space, ideal for afternoon tea or more intimate evening occasions. It can be booked for private events and meetings and its double doors link via the corridor to Lilac and on into the garden.

The Devey Lounge and Bar  

Once the original dining room, this spacious lounge bar was named after the architect George Devey, who extended the house in 1884 and designed the elegant fireplace which offers winter warmth today.  This Lounge is the ideal space for a drinks reception, especially if dining afterwards in the adjoining Persian Dining Room.

The Persian Dining Room

Named after the stunning blue tiles from Isfahan that surround the fireplace, the Persian Dining Room has direct access to the terrace and is the usual location for breakfast, lunch and dinner for our residents and special event guests. It is also the perfect location for parties and wedding breakfasts.

Four Seasons Lounge 

Formally the Billiard Room, this stylish space, with its beautiful stone mullion windows and stained glass ceiling, is one of three lounge spaces, and an ideal space for morning coffee or afternoon tea. Alternatively it can be used as an extension to the Persian Dining Room for larger parties.

At Warren House, we use only the highest quality, freshest ingredients to ensure that perfection is delivered time and time again. Our Head Chef creates seasonal menus to suit a wide array of tastes and preferences, from traditional British and European favourites to lighter contemporary dishes.

Breakfast

Our delicious Full English and Continental Style Buffet breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. Join us after a restful night’s sleep, following the school drop off, or for a business breakfast meeting for freshly brewed fine leafed teas and coffee, hot toast and a selection of a la carte favourites.  Breakfast is served in the Persian Dining Room until 9.30am on weekdays and 10am at Weekends.

Lunch and Dinner

Choose from delicate canapes, tempting starters, healthy yet satisfying main courses, and sumptuous desserts served either in The Persian Dining Room, or in one of our beautiful Private Garden Rooms. Whether from our ‘a la Carte’ Menu, the Bar, or our All Day Dining Menu, all of our food is cooked to order. Private celebrations and wedding clients are invited to join our chef in creating a delicious bespoke menu for their event, using a wide selection of favourites which will perfectly suit the occasion. The choice is equally delicious for our corporate events clients, and can even be served as a working lunch in your meeting room or as a Buffet lunch in the Persian Dining Room.

We offer a wide range of fine wines sourced from across the globe, each of which has been selected on its own merit. Our Sommelier can guide and advise you should you wish.

Afternoon Tea

Come and savour our sumptuous and quintessentially English tradition; Afternoon Tea.  Delicately prepared selections of finger sandwiches are accompanied by exquisite pastries, bite size cakes and sweet treats, and of course finished with a side of warm, freshly-made scones and a generous serving of the chef’s delicious homemade jam and clotted cream. Choose from a wide selection of loose leaf traditional and fruit teas perfectly brewed to exacting standards, or add some sparkle to the occasion by opting for our Champagne Afternoon Tea.

At Warren House, we aim to exceed the conference and hospitality industry’s standards for comfort, cleanliness and guest experience across all of our 46 bedrooms. Divided into three categories to suit a wide array of budgets, requirements and preferences, our bedrooms incorporate modern amenities into both traditional and contemporary designs, with the objective of providing a comfortable stay and a peaceful night’s sleep.

With their original decorative features and authentic period fireplaces, our spacious Feature Rooms harken back to days of Victorian elegance, and were traditionally reserved for the owners and their guests. Today, our Feature Rooms include double beds as standard, and some have roll top baths; guests who stay in our Feature Rooms also receive a complimentary decanter of sherry. Please enquire prior to your stay to guarantee the room’s availability.

Our Deluxe Room options, with traditional interior design and genuine period features, reflect the history that sits at the heart of Warren House, and are perfectly suited to those looking to experience the character and heritage of this delightful Victorian setting. All of our Deluxe Rooms feature spacious double beds with premium, high quality linens to prioritise our guests’ comfort.

Our Standard Rooms act as a testament to the breadth of our accommodation at Warren House.  Although similar in size to our traditional alternatives, our Standard Rooms incorporate more modern interior design trends, resulting in a more recognisable, modern offering.

We invite all wedding guests and corporate event delegates to enjoy our local surroundings and make use of our fabulous modern facilities including gym. We also offer a range of garden games including Giant Jenga, Connect 4, Chess and Croquet.

We are also situated just a 5 minute walk away from Richmond Park, the largest of London’s Royal Parks and a National Nature Reserve. The ancient market town of Kingston upon Thames, where Saxon Kings were once crowned, is a mile away and now a thriving and busy commercial centre with shops, cinemas and theatres, and access to the beautiful River Thames. The sporting fixtures at Wimbledon and Twickenham are easy to reach by car and public transport, as are The Royal Botanic Gardens at Kew, and the historic Hampton Court Palace.
