Carolyn Henderson - General Manager
Carolyn’s background is very much small, luxury, individually owned properties in London and the Home Counties. She first joined Warren House in 1998 under the ICI period of ownership, and developed the product and services to reflect her own styles and attention to guest service.

Gary Mehmet - Corporate Sales Manager
Gary joins us from a strong sales background; he began his career within Hilton properties, moved onto Best Western, Jurys Inn and Guoman Hotels more recently. He joins Warren House to head up the sales department ensuring regular contact points with all of our valued clients. Gary is enjoying being part of a smaller, more bespoke operation where the quality of the product shines through and he can build strong, lasting relationships to truly reflect the needs of the client.

Fiona McIntyre - Sales Co-ordinator

Karen Coomber - Accounts Manager
Karen has a background of ‘5 star’ quality establishments and joined Warren House in the mid 90’s, to co-ordinate the personnel and accounting needs of the business. She is now one of our longest-standing members of staff, and represents a wealth of knowledge to clients and staff alike.

Michael Wright - Assistant Manager
Michael's background is very much quality properties with Pennyhill Park and South Lodge both featuring in his recent past. Michael brings wonderful customer focus to the team at Warren House and is the key anchor of the day to day operation within the site. Michael can be found front of house chatting with guests, supporting the housekeeping team in a spot of painting or shovelling snow on a cold January day. Wherever he may be, he'll have a smile on his face and a story to tell!

Norbert Fordan - Business Services Manager
Norbert joined Warren House in 2004, and has gained several promotions through his hard work, commitment to Warren House and love of the product and environment. Norbert has now moved into a role where he is overseeing all of the business services required for visitors to Warren House and indeed the Warren House team behind the scenes. He is the first point of call for clients needing advice on presentation kit and our internal source of knowledge on all things technology based!

Sebastien Brochen - Restaurant Manager
Sebastien has joined Warren House from a most prestigious background – namely, Queenwood Golf Club, billed as one of the most exclusive private golf clubs in Europe. He certainly brings great attention to detail and a passion for service to the food and beverage provision at Warren House.

Evzen Tomisin - Assistant Restaurant Manager
Evzen joined Warren House in June 2006 and has quickly become a key member of the restaurant team. He was promoted in early 2010 to the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager in order to support Sebastien in the day to day operation and the attention to detail required in such a vital part of the operation.

Silvia Rossi - Head Housekeeper
Silvia returned to dry land when she joined the team several years ago; previously working on cruise liners, gaining a huge amount of experience in managing housekeeping and a diverse team. At Warren House, she has adapted her knowledge to deal with a smaller operation, where focus on detail and quality are the key elements.

Andrew Fuller - Head Gardener
Andrew is another of the longest-serving members of staff at Warren House; he joined as Head Gardener under ICI and, over a number of years has upgraded, developed and restored the 4 acres of ornamental gardens on the estate. Andrew’s focus has been on returning the gardens to the original splendour of the Victorian design.
