We take all measures necessary to deliver a unique and successful corporate event, because if you stand out, we stand out. To that end, our dedicated Conference and Meetings Support team work closely with clients before, during and after their event to ensure it meets and exceeds expectations.
We start by offering you a choice of well-equipped and accessible rooms depending on your individual requirements; we have everything from smaller, more intimate spaces for company training and pitches to expansive rooms for large conferences and office parties. These rooms come readily furnished with a number of amenities including data projectors, complimentary WiFi and guest laptops, which our staff offer full support and guidance in. We’re also able to pre-load and test your files to ensure the smooth running of your conference on the night.
Throughout the event our team will be on hand with light refreshments including water, cordials and hot drinks, and our catering staff will work with you to create a suitable dining menu to match the atmosphere. Following on from the event, guests are invited to stay in one of our 46 comfortable rooms which can be pre-booked prior to the event, or even retained on an exclusive basis depending on availability. We also provide a specific 24 Hour Delegate Package to allow companies to fully experience Warren House on a manageable budget.
