Carolyn Henderson - General Manager

Carolyn is an experienced and accomplished hostess and manageress. Having established her credentials in hotel management at a number of luxury country house properties including Le Manior aux Quat Saisons, Dormy House and Eastwell Manor, she then spent six years at The Capital Hotel in Knightsbridge before starting her enchantment with Warren House in June 1998. Carolyn believes that Warren House leads the way in 5 star venues. Having twice won the Condé Nast Johansens Most Excellent Venue Award, she is probably right. She has developed the superb service to reflect her own styles and attention to guest service. Her wish is to ensure that her team continually imparts the soul and heart of Warren House in every gathering, reception or dining event.

 
 

 

Karyn Moore - Membership

Karyn joined The Hammersley Connection to organise and manage memberships. She is dedicated to customer service, and believes that she is privileged to be involved with such an exclusive community, saying that “Being able to provide the best customer service is the most satisfying and rewarding job I could ever have.” Karyn has enjoyed working with the myriad selection of clients frequenting venues in London and Brighton, from the corporate community to the specialised leisure traveller. However, in her own words, her home is truly The Hammersley Connection because she loves the venue, the setting and the people.
