Application Form

To become a member, you must either receive an exclusive invitation to join or need to be proposed by an Existing Member. If you do not know any member and have not received an exclusive invitation, please contact the Membership team for further assistance.

Please fill the form and return to Warren House with a passport sized photo for each individual member.

Once your membership has been confirmed, you will be sent your membership card and access to the private members’ section on the website to start enjoying your Hammersley Connection membership.
